The ASC320 is complete with a smooth 2-3/8˝ stainless steel roller with adjustable thickness for all kinds of sheeted pastas up to 12.5” wide. Add the cutter block and you can also make 2mm Spaghetti, 4mm Tagliatelle, 6mm Fettuccine, and 12mm Pappardelle.
